- Submit residential photovoltaic project by emailFor residential photovoltaic (solar) submissions, email pdd.photovoltaic.residential@phoenix.gov or visit the SolarAPP/Photovoltaic Projects site.
- Submit design to SolarAPP+Submit proposed design to SolarAPP+, register or log in, and input project design parameters. A processing fee will be assessed by SolarAPP+ for use of their product.
- Apply for permit through PDD online permit portalApply for the permit through the Planning & Development Department online permit portal. Applicant must enter the SolarAPP+ approval ID in the applicable field, and email the SolarAPP+ approved document, approvals upload
