Single-line, site plan, structural/attachment details. Some cities require a stamped structural letter.

Utility interconnection application
Submit before or alongside the permit; approval to install is often required first.

Pull the building + electrical permit (or combined solar permit)
Check for a SolarAPP+ or express path.

HOA approval if applicable

Work
Install racking, modules, inverter, disconnects, labeling

Inspection
City inspection (rough / final)

Closeout
Utility permission to operate (PTO)
Submit the passed inspection; meter swap if needed.
